At the time of admission hearing of the application/appeal, it was pointed out by the learned APP that this appellant had already filed Criminal Appeal No.84/2020 in which, by the judgment dated 12.01.2021, the appellant was acquitted. The same judgment of conviction is impugned in the present appeal.

In that view of the matter, learned Advocate for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Application as well as Criminal Appeal. Permission is granted. Criminal Application as well as Criminal Appeal stand disposed of as withdrawn.
