The learned counsel for the applicant after having argued for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject this application, sought permission to withdraw the same. Hence dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

The material on record shows that the chargesheet has been already filed on 05.03.2019 and that there are only 18 prosecution witnesses to be examined. In these circumstances, the trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to finish the trial expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from today. 3.
