DATE : December 15, 2017 By these applications it is prayed that the legal heirs of the respondent who expired on 11/03/2017 be permitted to be brought on record.

Though the prayers are opposed by the legal heirs of the deceased respondent, on considering reasons mentioned in the applications, they are allowed. After condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement the legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within one week. Applications are allowed and disposed of.

Second Appeal No.507 of 2015 Shri R. L. Khapre, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of legal heirs of the respondent.
