Instead of availing the alternate remedy, the petitioner has approached this court seeking a direction to the liquidator to take action for releasing the amount of provident fund in favour of the petitioners.

We decline to entertain the writ petition in exercise of the writ jurisdiction in view of the availability of alternate efficacious remedy.
