Based on the said report, statement is made that the petitioner, who is a victim of offences punishable under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 shall be undergoing medical termination of pregnancy as she is otherwise medically fit. 2) In view of above, the cause cited in the petition no more survives. As such, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
