DATED : JANUARY 12, 2024 By this application, the applicants are seeking correction in the order. Inadvertently in the order dated 21.04.2023 in para No.4, it is mentioned that the "respondents are entitled to receive a refund of balance amount along with accrued interest i.e. Rs.33,386/-" instead of which, it should be "appellant is entitled to receive a refund of balance amount along with accrued interest i.e. Rs.33,386/-" and similarly in para No.6 also it is required to be mentioned that the amount of Rs.33,386/- is to be refunded to the "appellant". The correction is due to the topographical mistake. The order dated 21.04.2023 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.

The application is disposed of.
