In the present writ petition, the challenge is raised to the order dated 22nd October, 2020 passed by the Additional Collector, Yavatmal rejecting the objection raised by the petitioner for granting permission to sell the land in dispute.

After going through the order, it can be seen that the petitioner raised the objection saying that he has a right in the property in dispute being successor of deceased Bagilalji Verma. Whereas, the respondent no.1 Additional Collector has found that the property in dispute was owned by Bhagilalji Verma i.e. father of the mother of the petitioner. The Additional Collector has SKNair
916-wp-6299-22.odt further observed that the mother of the petitioner is still alive and the said property stands in the name of mother of the petitioner and during her life time the petitioner cannot raised the objection to sell of the property. 3.
In the circumstances, I do not find any error or perversity committed by the Additional Collector, Yavatmal while passing the impugned order dated 22nd October, 2020. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
