Although this application has been opposed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, I do not think that the application can be rejected. If we consider the ground taken in this application, the expenses are being sought to be made for providing education to the minor child.
The application is, therefore, allowed and the respondent is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.90,000/- deposited in this Court forthwith. JUDGE *sandesh
