For the reasons disclosed in the application and in absence of any strong objection from the respondents, the civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause, as the applicants are claiming to be legal heirs of petitioner Nos.3(vi), 9 and 12.

As far as the disparity in the names of the legal heirs of the said petitioners is concerned, we permit the applicants to place on record their correct names.
