Heard learned A. G. P. for the State, who is the petitioner in the present petition, and learned counsel for the respondents. The civil application is for condonation of delay in bringing legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent on record. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the legal heirs of the deceased respondent, who are arraigned as respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) to Civil Application No.1477 of 2016, are permitted to be impleaded as respondents in place and stead of the original respondent.
