The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of this confusion, the amendment permitted by order dated 13 August 2020 to join the successful tenderer as a party could not be effected in the physical copy.

The amendment in Writ Petition No.1947 of 2020 be carried out during the course of the day. After amendment, issue notice to the added Respondent, returnable on 18 February 2021. Hamdast permitted.

As regards the other prayer of the Civil Application is concerned, the Registry will take appropriate steps to reconcile the two numbers. 5.
