Though, the application has been opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State, I find that the nature of allegations made against the applicant are such that his custodial interrogation would not be required. It appears that there is dispute of boundaries of two agricultural fields, which prima facie lies at the base of the complaint made against the applicant. In these circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant deserves to be released on bail. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 15/7/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
