On perusal of the case diary it appears that what is attributed to this applicant is providing of encouragement with wooden stick and stones to the accused persons. That would mean that nothing is to be recovered from this applicant. This applicant, a woman, is in jail since 05/6/2016. She is having a daughter to take care of. The daughter is hardly about 11/2 years old. Custodial interrogation of the applicant is also not required. Therefore, now, the applicant could be released on bail. Hence, the following order.:

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on her executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicant shall cooperate with the police in the investigation, shall regularly attend the Court on the dates fixed in the case filed against her and others and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
