The petitioner is claiming her candidature on medical grounds for the post of Nurse in the employment of the State Government.

In this view of the matter since the issue is arising out of the recruitment process for an employee of the State Government, in our opinion, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
