DATED : 9 th July 2019 First Appeal is withdrawn by the appellant in Lok Adalat.

2] Respondents are permitted by Lok Adalat to withdraw the amount deposited before this Court. As per order dated 07/12/2016 respondent Nos. 1 to 8 were permitted to withdraw 50% amount after submitting solvent surety, but surety was not furnished, therefore, amount was not withdrawn. The amount of compensation deposited by the appellant before this Court be given to respondent Nos. 1 to 8 in equal shares. Application is disposed of.

JUDGE Namrata
