This is an Application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

For the reasons disclosed in the Application, the Claimants/Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation in accordance with the directions issued by the Claims Tribunal in the impugned judgment upon furnishing usual undertaking.

Steps be taken within a period of four weeks for effecting service on Respondent No.5, failing which, the Application and Appeal shall stand dismissed against the said Respondent without further reference to the Court.
