Learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner was absconding for 17 years. Ultimately, he was arrested in the year 2010. He is undergoing imprisonment and as per rules, his name will be restored on Remission Register on 12.10.2026. Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dt.17.10.2025 3.

The statement is accepted.
