Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

It is brought to our notice that an application for grant of injunction -exhibit 5 before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mouda, is pending for almost six months.

In this backdrop, since an innocuous prayer is made to direct the concerned Court to decide the application-exhibit 5 on merit in relation to injunction, we deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to decide the application for grant of injunction-exhibit 5 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
