Having regard to what is stated in the F.I.R. and also the fact that sand has already been seized, I am of the view that no custodial interrogation of this applicant would be necessary and, therefore, the applicant could be released on anticipatory bail.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 18th July, 2016 by this Court is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed of as such.
