OCTOBER 25, 2024 This is an application for transfer of Petition No. A/1238/2019 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur to the Family Court Nos.2, 3 or 4 at Nagpur.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicant took me through the order passed in Writ petition No. 3346 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024. Perusal of this order would show that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had expedited the hearing of the Petition No. A/1238/2019. Liberty was granted to the applicant-husband to cross examine the non-applicant-wife. On going through the

16.mca.513.2024.odt record, I am satisfied that there is no substance in this application. The application for transfer was made by the applicant-husband before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur. The said application has been rejected vide order dated 24.06.2024. This order is also challenged in this application. On going through the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur I am satisfied that this proceeding adopted by the applicant is nothing but one more attempt to protract the litigation. As such, this application is rejected.
