The applicant prays for restoration of the Writ Petition No. 3564 of 2002 that has been dismissed by the order of this Court dated 14.6.2018.

Despite issuance of notice on 3.10.2019, none of the respondents are served for the reasons mentioned in the report of the Registry dated 7.12.2019.

The petitioner shall take steps to serve respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, on or before 24.1.2020, failing which this application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court on 25.1.2020.
