In view of above, the learned Counsel for petitioner submits that he has taken instructions and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Competent Court under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. JUDGE JUDGE jaiswal
