This is an application for withdrawal of the

2 22.caf.745.2024 amount of compensation deposited in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur. Learned Advocate for the appellant submit that the claimants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 3 may not be allowed to withdraw the amount. In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The claimants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount of compensation subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that they will return the entire amount in case the appeal is decided against them alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court.
