The present application is filed for speaking to minutes. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 4 pointed out the inadvertent mistake which is occurred in second line of paragraph no. 2 in the order dated 21/04/2022 passed by this Court.

By the order dated 07/01/2022, this Court had permitted the respondent nos. 1 to 4 to withdraw 50% of compensation amount deposited by the appellant.

In order dated 21/04/2022 passed by this Court, it was wrongly mentioned as "respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 75% of compensation amount", whereas by order dated 07/01/2022, only 50% of amount was permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4 fairly submitted that the permission for withdrawal of amount is only 50% and necessary correction be carried out in order dated 21/04/2022. 6.

In view of above, there seems to be inadvertent mistake occurred in order dated 21/04/2022 in second line of paragraph no. 2 which needs to be corrected as '50%' instead of '75%' and accordingly directed to be corrected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 8.

As R & P is already received, filing of paper book is dispensed with.
