This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the court. As he application is not resisted at all, in view thereof, for the reasons given in the application, as sufficient cause is made out, application is allowed. The claimant-respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking and also the solvent surety/security for 50% of the said amount.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
