(2) The applicant 1 is sister-in-law and applicant 2 and 3 are parents - in-laws of the informant, Mrs. Shaikh Shabnam, who has lodged the report culminating in the registration of Crime 619/2020 with Police Station, Awdhutwadi, District Yavatmal for offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The primary allegations are against the husband. The allegation against the applicants is that they instigated the husband to -ill treated Rubina. The applicants have attended the Police Station as directed while granting pre arrest protection.

(5) Considering the nature of the accusations and the material on the record the pre arrest protection granted vide order dated 04.12.2020 is made absolute.
