By preferring this appeal, appellants have challenged the order passed by the Special Court, Buldhana, by which the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

During the pendency of this appeal, appellants have filed Criminal Application (APL) No. 1277/2024. Considering the entire material, the Division Bench of this court has quashed and set aside the First Information Report vide Crime No. 401/2024 registered with Police Station Chikhli, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; and Sections 3(1) (w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. rkn

The present application is also in connection with Crime No. 401/2024, in view of the order passed by the Division Bench, the present appeal is disposed of as the First Information Report itself is quashed.
