02] The matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat by filing consent terms on 14/12/2019. These appellants are the widow, son and daughter of deceased-Gulam Rasool respectively. Whereas, respondent No.3-Surraya Khatun is his mother. Said Surraya Khatun expired on 24/01/2013. Copy of death certificate was tendered in the office Yesterday, but it is not annexed to the file. The original death certificate is shown to me.

03] As per the compromise, the appellants and the Insurance Company have settled the amount of compensation at Rs.5,00,000/- The details are given in the compromise pursis. The Insurance Company has deposited the amount in this Court. Hence, the following order :

fa.654.15 2/2 ➔The Nazar is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with the interest accrued thereon in the joint account of appellant Nos.1 to 3 on personal identification.

➔The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
