The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed this application for permitting it to deposit the cheque of enhanced compensation amount within one week, in terms of the judgment dated 20-12-2022.

The Learned Advocate for the applicant/respondent No. 3 submitted that the cheque is ready and he will deposit it with the registry by 20-06-2025. His statement is accepted. 4.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent No.3 is permitted to deposit the cheque of the enhanced amount of compensation with the registry of this Court by 20-06-2025.

On encashment of the cheque, the amount shall be transferred to the account of the appellant by RTGS/NEFT

2 caf2068.25.odt within three weeks, on payment of the appropriate court fees by the appellant as per paragraph 12 of the judgment, and on his furnishing the bank account details to the registry of this Court. 6.

The application is disposed of.
