The petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2621/15 have approached this Court in present petition as their regular salary was not being paid due to cancellation of approval. This Court has on 27.4.2017 passed suitable interim orders and hence, petitioners are receiving their salary.

Today, we have allowed partially Writ Petition No. 2621/15 and order dated 12.6.2015 has been quashed.

In this situation, we make rule absolute in terms of interim order dated 27.4.2017 and dispose of Writ Petition. No costs. Judge Judge J.
