The applicant/respondent No.2 has filed this application for permitting it to deposit the cheque of enhanced compensation amount in this Court within one week from today, in terms of the judgment dated 30-04-2024.

The Learned Advocate for the applicant/respondent No. 2 submitted that the cheque is ready and he will deposit it with the registry by 20-06-2025. His statement is accepted. 4.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit the cheque of the enhanced amount of compensation with the registry of this Court by 20-06-2025.

None appears for the appellant. It appears from the record that the appellant is a resident of Buldhana District, and

2 caf2074.25.odt the reference Court at Buldhana decided the claim. Thus, for the convenience of the appellant, on encashment of the cheque, the amount shall be transferred to the District Court, Buldhana, for its disbursement.

The District Court, Buldhana, on receipt of the said amount, be transferred it to the account of the appellant by RTGS/NEFT, on his furnishing the bank details with the District Court, Buldhana, within three weeks thereafter, as per paragraph 12 of the judgment, on the payment of the Court fees on enhanced compensation amount.

The application is disposed of.
