The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed Pursis Stamp No.16014 of 2017 dated 12th December, 2017 stating that the applicants/petitioners are not responding for giving instructions to enable the advocate to do necessary compliance and therefore, he has given notices dated 21st November, 2017 and 6th December, 2017 informing them that he is withdrawing his Vakalatnama. The copies of notices are also placed on record. Copies of extracts downloaded from the website of the Department of Posts are also placed on record showing that the notices are served on the applicants/ petitioners.

The advocate representing the applicants/ petitioners is discharged from appearing in this matter. The pursis disposed of accordingly.

The Civil Application and Miscellaneous Civil Application are dismissed for want of prosecution. The applicants/ petitioners shall deposit costs of Rs.Four Thousand with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur and produce receipt on record of this civil application till 15th January, 2018.
