This is an Applification taken out by Applificant, who is Respondent No.1 in First Appeal No.371 of 2019 for transfer of Regular Civil Applification No.9 of 2017 pending on the fle of the learned Distrifict Judge-4, Nagpur to this Hon'ble Court.

Sinfice the subjefict matter of Regular Civil Applification No.9 of 2017 is same as that of present First Appeal and the prayer for transfer is not objeficted, the Applification stands allowed, in terms of prayer Clause (i).

Regular Civil Applification No.9 of 2017 pending on the fle of the learned Distrifict Judge-4, Nagpur is direficted to be transferred before this Court and to be tagged and heard with First Appeal No.371 of 2019.
