O R D E R

(Passed on 13th August, 2022) Appellant No.2 Malanbi Sk. Raheman is personally present on behalf of herself and on behalf of appellant nos. 4 to 9 and she has been identified by his counsel. The appellant nos. 1 and 3, who were dependent of the deceased died during the pendency of the present appeal.

Shri Paunikar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company. Both the parties have confirmed that the matter has been amicably settled between them and thereby Respondent no.2/Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional amount of Rs.3,00,000- to the appellant nos. 2, 4 to 9. Insurance Company has agreed to deposit the amount of compensation as per the settlement within 90 days from today before the Labour Court, Amravati. The settlement arrived at between the parties is on the following terms : "1. That both the parties arrived for settlement of First Appeal in Lok Adalat and agreed to compromise the appeal at the full and final settlement amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs only)

2. The Insurance Company shall deposit the compromise amount within 90 days, in the Labour Court, Amravati."

Accordingly, the appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted.

Court fee, if any, be refunded as per Rules.

On deposits of amount of compensation as per the settlement by the Insurance Company, the appellant nos. 2, 4 to 9 are permitted to withdraw the amount.
