Heard. The contempt appeal is admitted by the order dated 24.7.2015. Since the appellant- applicant has made out strong prima facie case, for the reasons recorded while admitting the contempt appeal, the order dated 26.6.2015 was stayed by an ad-interim order. An application was made by the employee - respondent no.1 for vacation of the interim relief but the said application was rejected by the order dated 5.10.2015. None appears on behalf of the respondent no.2 despite service. Since the appellant has made out strong prima facie case, we stay the order dated 26.6.2015 during the pendency of this contempt appeal, so far as it relates to the appellant herein.
