02] By this application, respondent No.1 seeks to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. 03] The appellant has deposited 50% of the decretal amount in this Court, out of which, 50% of the deposited amount i.e. 25% of the entire decretal amount, has already been allowed to be withdrawn by respondent No.1.

04] The respondent No.1 now seeks to withdraw the remaining part of 50% of the decretal amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

05] Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking.

06] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 07] Stand over for two weeks.
