By order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 228 of 2019 the revision came to be dismissed as having rendered infructuous on account of demise of the sole non-applicant. After this order the applicant preferred these two application bearing Criminal application Nos. 239 of 2022 and 308 of 2022 for stay and for amending the original revision application respectfully. The applicant is absent. Vide order dated 16.01.2023 the applicant was directed to take steps. Today the applicant and Advocate are absent. Therefore, both these applications are dismissed for want of taking steps.
