DATED : 25-02-2015 Considering the facts of the case, specifically facts recorded in paragraph 16 of the impugned Award, prima facie I am satisfied that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 can be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company. The amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company be given to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as per the impugned Award. The civil application is allowed.
