Heard Shri R.D.Wakode, advocate for the applicants and Shri M.J.Khan, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. On the complaint made by a journalist First Information Report No. 271 of 2015 has been registered against the applicants for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence is registered on the allegations made by the complainant that the applicants have cheated and are cheating their employees by imposing certain conditions in the contract of the employees and the amount of Rs.Two Thousand which was taken from the employees at the time of providing job is not being refunded.

This Court granted ad-interim order on 24th July, 2015 protecting the applicants. It is not the case of the nonapplicant that the applicants have misused the liberty. I am satisfied that the applicants have made out the case for confirmation of the ad-interim order granted by this Court on 24th July, 2015.

2 aba359.15 Hence, the following order :

In the event of arrest for the offence registered against the applicants vide F.I.R. No. 271 of 2015, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.Twenty Thousand each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation.
