DATED : AUGUST 8, 2019 After arguing the matter for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject the application, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the present application.

Hence, dismissed as withdrawn.

At the same time, it was pointed by the learned counsel for the applicant that there are only 18 witnesses to be examined and therefore, the trial be expedited particularly because the charge-sheet has already been filed on 4.6.2019.

In view of these circumstances, the trial Court is expected to expedite the proceedings and to expedite the trial and render the judgment within a period of six months from today.
