Heard.

The amount, which can be withdrawn by applicant No.2 Lilabai Pandharinath Sahare, as on today is Rs.2,77,437/- with interest accrued upon it.

We have perused the application filed today for grant of permission to place on record additional documents. The additional documents only show the bills issued by some medical stores. The papers showing treatment at clinic in the month of January, 2016 are also enclosed. The application is pending before this Court since July, 2015.

We, therefore, find that the material on record .....2/-

appw105.15 as of today does not show need of granting permission to withdraw entire amount or any amount in lumpsum. This Court while investing the amount ordered in terms of directions of the Honourable Apex Court. Taking overall view of the matter, we direct the Bank in which the amount is in deposit viz. State Bank of India, Hinganghat Branch to invest the amount in any Scheme where the maximum rate of interest shall be payable and interest can be withdrawn by applicant No.2 Lilabai Pandharinath Sahare every month.

With these directions, we dispose of the application.
