Directions to consider proposal submitted by respective petitioners for starting of new secondary school are not adhered to. This Court has issued notice before admission. Respondent has filed a reply affidavit and pointed out some administrative difficulties. In the affidavit dated 6.7.2017 filed in Contempt Petition No. 95/17 respondent states that the necessary orders would be passed on proposal to start school from academic session 2017-18 within a period of eight weeks. Thus, the respondents are making efforts to see that school if allowed will come up in current academic year. In this situation, though respective learned Counsel are opposing the request, we grant time of eight weeks as prayed as a last chance.

Civil Application No. 50/17 seeking recall of order dated 16.6.2017 is, therefore, allowed.
