On 7th June 2023, this Court has dismissed Criminal Application No.105/2019 for want of prosecution. 3.

None appears for the applicant today. Thus, it appears that the applicant has indeed lost interest in prosecuting the application. The instant Application, therefore, is dismissed for want of prosecution, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1,000/- (rupees one thousand) to be deposited with High Court Bar Library, Bench: Nagpur, which shall be the condition precedent for listing subsequent application for restoration if filed.
