By this application, the appellants are seeking correction in the name of the appellant No.2 in the Judgment.

In the title clause of the Judgment, the name of the appellant No.2 is mentioned as "Smt. Kiran w/o Dhanaram Borkar" instead of "Smt. Kiran w/o Ashok Borkar". The correction is of a typographical nature. Hence, the title clause of the Judgment is to be corrected as follows:- "Smt. Kiran w/o Ashok Borkar" instead of "Smt. Kiran w/o Dhanaram Borkar".
