NOVEMBER 11, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 27/05/2019, passed by the Registrar General (Money-Lending) and Special Registrar (Co-operative Societies), Pune, whereby the order passed by respondent No.4 was set aside and the matter was remitted back, directing the authority to decide the same within a period of three months. 3) In view thereof, without going into the merits of the matter, I find that no interference is required in the order passed by respondent No.1, and therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. All the points are kept open. (SIDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE, J.) KOLHE
