By this application, the appellants are seeking correction in the name of the appellant No.2 in the appeal memo, as well as and the Judgment.

As per the contention of the appellants, inadvertently the name of the appellant No.2 is mentioned as "Sugnabai" instead of "Sagunabai" in the appeal memo, as well as in the Judgment. The correction is of typographical nature. As learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection for the same, the application is allowed.

The appellants are permitted to correct the record i.e. appeal memo. Accordingly, the name of appellant No.2 be corrected as "Sagunabai" instead of
