For the reasons stated in para 2 of the civil application, the applicants are permitted to serve the respondent Nos.4 to 6 by paper publication. The notice may be published in the daily newspapers "The Hitavada" and "Navbharat", which have wide circulation in Yavatmal and Nagpur, where the respondent Nos.4 to 6 were known to have lastly resided.

The necessary steps to serve the respondent Nos.4 to 6 by paper publication should be initiated within a period of one week. The notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 may be made returnable on 24-8-2015.
