DATE : 15-01-2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1748/2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died during its pendency. Therefore, his legal representatives have moved an application to bring their names on record. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has not objected to this.

In view of this, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within three days and supply an amended copy of the petition to the other side within a week.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1746/2024 The petitioner's legal heirs have moved this application, permitting them to amend the petition as the applicants are entitled to claim terminal benefits and family pensions. The learned Assistant Government Pleader formally opposes the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the matter has yet to be admitted, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. Hence, the application is allowed. The amendment is to be carried out within a period of three days from today, and an amended copy of the petition be supplied to the other side within a week. WRIT PETITION NO. 2771 OF 2022 Stand over to 27-01-2025.
