DATED : JUNE 26, 2019 The learned counsel for the applicants points out that the applicants in the present case have been convicted under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine. It is pointed out that the applicants were on bail throughout the proceedings before the Trial Court and they were granted bail before the Sessions Court during pendency of the appeal. It is pointed out that after after dismissal of their appeal since 12/06/2019, they have been behind bars and it would be in the interest of justice that sentence is suspended and the applicants are released on bail.

Considering the nature of conviction and sentence imposed upon the applicants and the fact that they were on bail throughout the Trial Court
