Pursis dated 10th September, 2018, signed by advocate for the appellant, is filed seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as the amount of compensation determined by the reference Court is not more than the limit envisaged by the circular dated 13th August, 2018. The learned advocate for the appellant as well as claimant submit that the appellant has to deposit balance 25% of the amount as per the impugned award and the same will be deposited before the reference Court within three months.

The assurance given on behalf of the appellant is accepted.

The appeal is disposed as withdrawn. No costs. Court fee be refunded to the appellant as per Rules.
